Post real items and accurate information
Describe what you are actually offering. Use clear photos and do not intentionally misrepresent an item's condition, location, ownership, or availability.
One honest listing is enough
Avoid spam, misleading keywords, excessive duplicate listings, or repeatedly reposting the same item simply to dominate search results.
Keep offers and messages respectful
A buyer may send one private offer, then buyer and seller continue directly through messages or phone. Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
Do not use the site for prohibited or unlawful activity
Listings and communications must comply with applicable law and am-offer.net rules. Content that is illegal, dangerous, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise prohibited may be removed.
Protect personal information
Do not ask other users for passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information. Phone contact is optional and controlled by the seller.
Remove items that are no longer available
The seller controls the listing. When an item has been sold or is otherwise unavailable, the seller should delete the listing so buyers do not continue contacting them.
Use Report when something is wrong
If a listing or user appears suspicious, misleading, abusive, or prohibited, use the Report feature instead of escalating the situation directly with the other person.
